DAMIEN STENMARK

DAMIEN STENMARK
Chairman and Managing Director

Born in Wagga Wagga, Damien attended Riverview College and graduated from UTS - Sydney with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting/ Marketing). His media career commenced at Channel 7 where he spent seven years, ultimately as Sydney Manager of HSV 7. In 1988 he founded Stenmark Organisation which grew to become Australia’s leading independent national media representation company. Damien also served for approximately 10 years as Executive Director of the Sony Foundation. He has served as a Director on various other Boards including Basketball Australia, the Australian Rugby Legends and is currently on the Board of the Arnotts Foundation.

MICHAEL FITZGERALD

MICHAEL FITZGERALD
National Sales Director

Mike’s career in media started in 1983 at Channel 7. He joined Stenmark Organisation when it began in 1988, selling sponsorship for major sporting events. Since 1991 when Stenmark commenced advertising sales representation for SBS, Mike’s extensive media sales expertise and industry contacts have played an integral role in developing Stenmark media representation business, including the national rollout of sales offices. In his role as National Sales Director, Mike works closely with major clients and advertising agencies.

GLEN RICHARDSON

GLEN RICHARDSON
Marketing Director

Glen graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing ) and joined American Express. After seven years he was National Marketing Manager. In 1990, Glen was then appointed as Direct Marketing Manager for Liquorland where he established their direct sales operation. Glen joined Stenmark Organisation in 1991, and has held a variety of roles in both marketing and sales. Currently Glen provides strategic marketing services to various clients, as well as research and operational support to the Stenmark sales team.

MARK FAIRHURST

ROBIN BASKIND
Internal Operations Manager

Born in South Africa, Robin studied Education at University of The Witwatersrand's College of Education, and Sociology and Communication through the University of South Africa.

Robin joined Stenmark Organisation in 1999. In her current role her responsibilities include finance, admin, HR and IT.
